With a 140,000 in first week sales, this marks the rapper’s 4th number 1 debut. In related news, early predictions suggest that his follow-up album, HNDRXX, released a week later, will follow suite. Reminiscent of the silhouette’s 2010 Motorsports edition, the sneaker flaunts a timeless combination of black and white across its premium tumbled leather construction. Hyper jade accents gracing the Jumpman logo on the tongue, lace locks, insole and outsole pronounces the clean design, while an icy translucent outsole finishes off its profile.

Retailing for a price tag of $140, you can purchase this pair at select JB and Nike retailers starting March 4th.

This adidas NMD R1 Was Exclusive To The U.K.

Last month, UK retailer, Office and its sub-branch, Offspring, released two exclusive colorways of the adidas NMD R1.

Highlighted from the pack consists of this women’s iteration defined by a vibrant pink finish across its mesh and synthetic profile. Completing the design are soft grey EVA inserts, a crisp white boost sole unit and black continental outsole.

While this release was certainly in quick strike fashion, and exclusively overseas only, a wider distribution may be offered in the near future.

Childish Gambino Gives Update for Project with Chance the Rapper




With Donald Glover gearing up for production in the next Star Wars film, he stopped by Real 92.3 in Los Angeles to have a brief conversation with Big Boy. While he would tease plans for his role as Lando Calrissian in the Han Solo project, he switched over to his Childish Gambino moniker to open up on his holiday-released Awaken, My Love! album. This transitioned to musical elephant in the room, being his long-awaited collaborative effort with Chance the Rapper.

The two previously teases plans of creating something together and fueled even more speculation last month, posting a picture together on social media. Glover said they sat down in the studio, to discuss some ideas; and said the two have just been busy with their careers.

He even joked saying he doesn’t know if he’ll see Chano again, after winning a GRAMMY earlier this month; but cited it’s all about catching a vibe.
